1. Company Information

The One Co Space is a brand offering digital and physical products including books and candles.

2. Products

We offer:

  • Digital products (eBooks)

  • Printed books (hardcover editions)

  • Scented candles

  • Product bundles

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, packaging, or finish may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

The One Co Space reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Promotional pricing (such as early access or welcome discounts) is limited in time and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Digital Products (eBooks)

Upon successful payment, the digital product will be delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once the file has been delivered.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, or resell the content in any form.

5. Physical Products (Books & Candles)

Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Delivery times depend on location and shipping provider.

The One Co Space is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the situation and may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or another appropriate solution

Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless required by local consumer law.

7. Candles – Product Care & Safety

Candles must be used responsibly.

The One Co Space is not liable for damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Leaving a candle unattended

  • Burning near flammable materials

  • Failure to follow safety instructions

Always trim the wick and follow the care instructions provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, branding, book content, and product descriptions, is the property of The One Co Space and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The One Co Space shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France.
